A Headshot Happy Hour is an Event that brings like-minded small business owners, community leaders, non-profit supporters, community members, and people that want to get to know your business together - with an intention as well as a way to connect with one another.
The intention is to find new ways to grow your own organization, nurture relationships, and continue to refresh your online and print presence.
You will learn about the Host Business or Organization and it’s services and opportunities, meet new people in and around your community, catch up with “old” friends, have some snacks and quench your thirst, and invigorate your day, or evening.
Every guest will have access to some fun photos to use on their social media sites, and be tagged and cross-promoted with posts that include all guests, so that your business or organization gets seen by more than your just your usual audience.
You will also have the opportunity to get some new Headshots to keep your own Social Media and web presence updated and fresh. Each Event will have its own “theme” so that there is a continuous opportunity for new content that is both relative to upcoming seasons and marketing needs, but unique and meaningful to the Host and the particular Event. Each event will have limited Headshot Mini Sessions available, so make sure to register your slot as soon as possible so that you don’t miss out. Didn’t luck out this time? I use the term, “Headshot”, very loosely. I know that a photo of you, on your website, social media accounts, on your business cards, is important. However, showing someone what you LOOK like, doesn’t tell them WHO YOU ARE.

At a Headshot Happy Hour, we use the energy of the event to design a setting that brings out different parts of that amazing personality, and capture it for you to show to, and connect with, your clients and customers. Heck, even to yourself!
Headshot Happy Hours give you the opportunity to Network, show Appreciation for clients or employees, Create content for your social media and web needs, stay Updated and Relevant, and have a lot of fun!
This event at Katrina Lynne StoryOgraphy will provide THREE photo sets to help you prepare for 2023.
Set One is a more classic, neutral background, but will provide different seating and posing options to give more variety than a typical shoulders and face "generic" appearance.
Set Two will have a little extra, but universal, look to give a "lifestyle", casual and approachable way to show some character and style.
Set Three will be a celebratory, New Year's theme and have a few fun but appropriate props so that you can show more personality and start the year off welcoming your clients to your business by showing them more of what makes you you, and how excited you are to be there for them this coming year.
Your $329 fee includes the Networking Breakfast Event, a mini headshot session (approximately 10 minutes), 3 professionally edited image files with full usage rights for social media, website, and office print needs. Additional image packages will be available at discounted rates.
Coming together with other business owners builds stronger communities and tighter bonds. Showing up for yourself, your business, and your neighbors. Showing WHO you are is so much more effective and helps to earn trust with your clients. Show up, and show us YOU.
You will also have new, fresh, updated images of yourself to give 2023 a refreshing and real look at who you are. You will feel reinvigorated and excited about the new year and the new opportunities on the horizon for you and your business.
You will make new friends and connections, and be part of a business community that is growing stronger each day.
Also, every business that attends the event will be listed and tagged on social media with links to their businesses which will be cross promoted by being part of the group connections. New eyes on your business is always a great thing!
Once your appointment slot is confirmed, your fee is Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the appointments and the event, cancellations are not accepted. However, you may transfer your session to another guest, at your discretion. All payments are your responsibility to collect for any transfers. If there is an active Waitlist for the event, we will be happy to try to assist in the matter, if possible. No guarantees of a waitlist or confirmation from other guests are implied.
